Job summary

QUICK USA is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to develop and oversee safety programs across multiple active construction sites. You will lead a team of safety professionals and serve as the primary safety representative in stakeholder engagements.

The role requires leadership, regulatory knowledge of OSHA, and the ability to drive continuous safety improvements across sites in Taylor and Roundrock, TX, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Safety Management or related field.
• 7+ years of construction safety experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and multi-site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs across multiple sites.
• Lead JHAs/AHAs and site safety plans.
• Manage safety team and oversee cross-site coverage and coaching.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
