Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning teams across multiple sites in Grand Rapids and Hastings.
• Visit work sites and ensure cleaning quality and standards are met.
• Train new employees and coach team members.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and labor needs.
• Address employee performance issues as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and respond to questions or concerns.
• Track staffing, retention, and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and OSHA rules.
• Travel between customer locations within Grand Rapids and Hastings.
