Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Multi-Site Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead by example and drive exceptional resident experiences across communities. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, guide the team, and partner with the GM to meet financial and occupancy goals while maintaining Bozzuto’s brand standards.

In this role you’ll conduct tours to close leases, manage rent collections, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality service during weekends.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and accounts receivable.
• Proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and content creation.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with Bozzuto’s core values and culture.
• Contributing to the achievement of financial objectives by collecting resident rent, posting rental receipts and managing delinquency.
• Achieving occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases.
• Building brand loyalty and reaching resident retention goals by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
• Ensuring that the community’s interior and exterior are impeccable and the team professionally represents the Bozzuto brand.
• Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the PM/GM is not present.
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, one to two weekends per month with two days off during the week.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs.
• Sales aptitude.
