Job summary

Greystar, a global real estate leader, seeks an Affordable Housing Compliance Coordinator to oversee program reporting and regulatory adherence for our properties. You will work with the Community Manager to prepare compliance reports for local agencies and ensure accuracy in file audits and income verification.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, with the ability to coordinate with HUD, PHAs, and state housing agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• Coordinate compliance with Affordable Housing programs and local/state rules.
• Ability to review reports, verify data, and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, monitors, and ensures property compliance with Affordable Housing programs and regulations.
• Prepares and distributes compliance reports to local governmental agencies with Community Manager.
• Conducts property file audits and identifies non-compliance, addressing findings with Community Manager.
• Monitors occupancy and recertification reports for accuracy and communicates findings.
• Assists with income/asset verifications, rent calculations, and household certifications.
• Keeps up-to-date on changes in HUD/TCAC/state housing regulations and disseminates to the team.
