Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the United States to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and production equipment for safe, reliable operations. The role involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and computer-related work, plus coordinating with vendors and contractors.

You will work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits, read schematics and PLCs, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic PLC, controls, and computer/network experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Safely work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits.
• Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLCs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot network cabling, I/O devices, and PC-based systems.
• Support continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Communicate effectively using I2CARE values.
