Job summary

Admiral Cable in New Mexico is seeking an Injection Molding, Assembly and Packaging Operator. The role combines operating molding equipment, testing products for quality, and packing items for shipment.

You will load materials, adjust equipment, inspect parts, document results, and ensure safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to operate injection molding machinery and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail for quality testing and packaging documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors injection molding machinery.
• Loads raw materials, verifies specifications, and makes minor adjustments.
• Inspects molded parts for defects and ensures conformance before testing.
• Performs product testing and records results per procedures.
• Packages products, labels and prepares for shipment according to standards.
• Maintains clean work areas and follows safety procedures.
• Identifies defective components and communicates issues to supervision.
