Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking a multi-registered Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound and vascular exams for neonatal to geriatric patients in Cypress, TX. You will ensure high-quality imaging and patient care with minimal supervision while supporting the ultrasound department and team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Sonography program, ARDMS abdomen and RVT certifications, and BLS certification (AHA or ARC).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography.
• ARDMS abdomen and RVT certification required.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and non-invasive vascular exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, and limited vascular studies.
• Photograph images and maintain permanent records of internal examinations.
• Collaborate with the Ultrasound department team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain and report any malfunctioning ultrasound equipment.
• Transport patients as needed for ultrasound procedures.
