Job Summary

The Multi‑Purpose Clerk - Night Crew is responsible for a variety of clerk positions, and workers are cross‑trained and internally certified for these positions on an ongoing basis. Areas of responsibilities include stocking grocery store shelves, pricing new items, offloading shipment, unwrapping, rotating and packing boxes on an overnight shift. Other duties include order writing, Freshness/Quality (code checking), Item to tag integrity, report all risks or safety issues to management, ensure proper temperatures in cases/coolers, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate check stand. The Multi‑Purpose Clerk - Night Crew practices maintaining a clean work area, orderly and free from safety hazards.

Hiring pay range: $17.15 - 26.70

Availability to work a variety of retail hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift 40 pounds without assistance and may lift up to 85 lbs on occasion
Ability to carry up to 80 lbs on occasion
Ability to push up to 85 lbs on occasion
Ability to pull up to 92 lbs on occasion
Requires standing and other physical movements on a frequent basis;
Ability to work in temperature levels that may fluctuate depending on the specific area of the store workers are functioning, and workers are required to work in cold room and freezer units.
Ability to operate tools inclusive of step stool, carts, register, safety cutter, rolling ladder, food preparation equipment, ovens, warmers, food mixers, meat cutting instruments, various carts including pallet jacks, packaging components and equipment, and cleaning supplies.
