Job summary

RiseMe seeks a proactive property manager in Houston to oversee maintenance, budget planning, and tenant relations across multiple properties. You will supervise site staff, ensure compliance with building rules, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

Under general supervision, you will analyze budgets, forecast requirements, and coordinate capital projects, while communicating clearly with tenants, owners, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple properties and meet company standards.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws for building management and tenant rights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and service agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain building systems and supervise repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist Leasing Representative to maintain high occupancy.
• Communicate effectively with tenants during tenancy.
• Read and interpret legal documents and contracts.
