Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a seasoned Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations for multiple properties.

You will manage budgets, leasing, resident relations, staff supervision, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations while driving occupancy and revenue goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating with owners and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and collaborate

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and collecting payments
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash
• Oversee lease enforcement and manage applications, notices, evictions, and renewals
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to service requests; supervise maintenance staff
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance
• Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance
• Maintain owner relationships with tours and updates
• Complete accounting and administrative reports
