You will proactively prospect, build relationships, and craft account strategies to grow market share and revenues across transient, group and extended stay segments. The role emphasizes strategic planning, robust communication, and delivering superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proactively prospect, qualify and build business relationships to drive top line revenues.
• Strategic account planning, result accountability, and reporting.
• Leverage relationships to drive transient, group and extended stay revenues.
• Execute proactive sales efforts to maximize opportunities and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls, prospecting, site tours and customer events.
• Identify and pursue new business development via business drivers.
• Grow existing accounts and replace underperforming ones.
• Analyze reports to develop account strategies and gain market share.
• Participate in team meetings and report weekly on sales activity and bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and utilize brand sales initiatives.
