Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is hiring Component Stamping Operators for a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. You will load, set up, monitor, and operate 30–75 tonnage stamping presses, perform quality checks, and assist with tooling and maintenance while ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Daily tasks include coil handling, lab inspections, data logging, and teamwork to meet production goals. This role requires physical work, reliability, and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on production work across a full industrial shift.
• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and safely operate multiple stamping presses and related machinery.
• Load and unload metal coils using mechanical coil lifts and handling systems.
• Perform routine quality checks and lab inspections to verify blueprint specifications.
• Assist with tooling changes and preventative maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work practices per EH&S procedures.
• Input and log production data and quality metrics into computer systems.
