The position requires collaboration with reporters, photojournalists, and editors, with the potential to host streaming shows and contribute to News4Utah+ content from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong news judgment and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Audition.
• Knowledge of social media strategy, SEO, analytics, and AP Style.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and appearing on camera.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily news gathering across TV, digital, and streaming platforms.
• Coordinate coverage with reporters and photojournalists.
• Produce original content for News4Utah+ and other ABC4 platforms.
• Back up traditional newscast production after training.
• Create, manage, and distribute content calendars and timelines.
• Develop social media campaigns to grow audience engagement.
