Multi-Modality Technologist – Inpatient Team
The position performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department policies, ensuring optimal care for the patient population.
Responsibilities
- Performs procedures by following and verifying referring providers' orders, using independent judgment and established protocols.
- Educates patients/families regarding procedures and demonstrates professional conduct; fosters teamwork and quality outcomes.
- Produces high quality images, prepares and presents them with patient information for timely interpretation; maintains accurate documentation.
- Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements; troubleshoots and notifies appropriate personnel.
- Maintains a safe environment, adheres to safety policies, and ensures ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities.
- Assures efficient workflow operations, monitors inventory of supplies, and maintains non-interruption of services.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and state licensure if applicable.
- Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required within 18 months of hire if applicable.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting; travel positions require 1 year acute care experience within last 12 months.
- Effective communication, human relations, data analysis, and problem solving skills.
Pay & Benefits
- Compensation $44.09 to $70.54 hourly wage based on experience and education.
- Retention bonus $40,000.

- $2.00/hr base shift differential.
