Job summary

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist at Ohio State University will perform DR plain film x-ray and may work with MR, ULS, CT, CI or VI modalities. You will educate patients and contribute to quality assessments under the Imaging Manager’s direction.

Primary duties include interventional radiology support with CI/VI, and occasional floating to other imaging areas. The role requires licensure, ARRT(R), ODH, and 12 months of multi-modality experience. Location: East Hospital, main campus.

Qualifications

• Current Radiography license and ARRT (R) certification required.
• ODH licensure required for radiography.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in at least two advanced modalities (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and participate in quality assessment activities under supervision of Imaging Manager/Associate Director.
• Support interventional cardiology (CI) and interventional radiology (VI) modalities as needed.
• Occasional floating to other departments to cover CI or VI as required.
