Job summary

Mercy Home Health seeks a multi-modality radiologic technologist to perform procedures across two imaging modalities, including XR, CT, and MRI, while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation. The role requires ARRT/RDMS/CNMT-style competence and the ability to manage contrast administration and venipuncture when needed.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, following protocols, and maintaining documentation in Epic-/EHR-based systems with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or approved program.
• Certification/Registration with ARRT or RDMS or CNMT required.
• Competence in two modalities and certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties for two imaging modalities (e.g., XR, CT, MR).
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure proper workflows and data acquisition.
• Obtain clinical history and perform venipuncture or contrast administration when required.
• Apply radiation protection principles to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Verify patient identity and orders before procedures.
• Provide maintenance of equipment and on-call scheduling as needed.
