Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist 2 – CT and X-Ray at the Short Pump Emergency Center in Virginia. The role performs combinations of imaging procedures across two modalities, with emphasis on patient safety and high-quality images.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT certification (or RDMS/CNMT) and an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certification or RDMS/CNMT required
• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related program
• Ability to perform two imaging modalities and meet CE requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform duties for two imaging modalities (XR, CT, MRI)
• Operate equipment and follow workflows and procedures
• Obtain patient history and prepare labs as needed
• Ensure radiation protection and safety
• Verify patient identification and order accuracy
• On-call scheduling as required
