Job summary

Candidates must have an ARRT or NMTCB CT certification, Kentucky licensure, and BLS. Registry-eligible candidates must obtain CT certification within a year. Two years of Rad Tech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher from ARRT-recognized program or military JCERT-accredited program.
• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• ARRT or NMTCB CT certification required.
• Registry-eligible candidates must obtain CT certification within one year of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general radiographic imaging with limited supervision.
• Obtain patient histories and prepare information for the medical record.
• Coordinate equipment service and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain inventory of imaging supplies.
