Job summary

Paralign is seeking a creative designer who turns data into compelling visuals to support sales and marketing. You’ll craft high‑quality presentations, large-scale tradeshow graphics, and engaging digital content, including video, that simplifies complex information for business clients.

You will maintain brand consistency across our website, social media, and print, update layouts in WordPress, and produce motion content to drive brand engagement at events and online.

Qualifications

• Marketing-focused design work, especially presentations, print projects, and video/motion graphics.
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Solid working knowledge of WordPress for basic website content management and editing.

Paralign is looking for a creative designer who understands how to use visuals to sell ideas, not just make things look pretty. You will support our sales and marketing teams by creating high-quality presentations, large-scale graphics for trade shows, and engaging digital content, including video, that makes our complex data easy to understand.

What You’ll Do

• Make Tech Simple: Turn technical ideas like "smart parking" and "AI cameras" into clear, attractive images and short-form videos for business clients.
• Support Sales: Create professional slide decks and templates that help property owners see the value in our technology.
• Protect Our Brand: Keep Paralign's look and feel consistent across our website, social media, and printed materials. This includes maintaining and making layout or content updates directly within WordPress.
• Create Motion Content: Edit and produce high-quality video clips, motion graphics, and social media content to drive brand engagement.
• Support Events: Provide high-quality textures, custom graphics, and visual assets for large-scale trade show booths and event flyers.

Who You Are

• Goal-Oriented Designer: You know how to guide a reader’s (or viewer’s) eye and encourage them to take action.
• Data Storyteller: You can turn numbers and data into easy-to-read infographics and dynamic visual stories.
• Agile & Collaborative: You work well in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making quick updates based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Diverse Portfolio: Showing marketing-focused design work, especially presentations, print projects, and video/motion graphics.
• Technical Expertise: Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software (such as Premiere Pro and After Effects). Solid working knowledge of WordPress for basic website content management and editing is required.
• Industry Experience: Experience working with tech companies is a plus.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience in the parking, transportation, or smart-city industries is a big plus.
