Job summary

Ultimart is seeking a Multi-Location Opener to start daily operations at our Oshkosh district stores. This role requires traveling to different Ultimart locations and arriving by 4:00 a.m. to open and prepare for guests.

You will greet guests, handle cash and card transactions, maintain clean, stocked stores, and follow state regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales. A valid license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must arrive at store locations by 4:00 a.m. when scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Insured vehicle for travel to stores.
• Positive attendance record.
• Proficient in handling daily paperwork, lottery counts, and auditing store funds.

Responsibilities

• Open store locations and complete opening duties with daily location changes.
• Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Handle cash, credit, debit, and check transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Use suggestive selling to boost sales and customer experience.
• Follow company policies and state/federal regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales.
• Set a positive example during busy times and work well with the team.
• Maintain a clean, polished appearance and wear the required uniform.

Multi-Location Opener – External Ad

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Locations: Oshkosh, Omro, Green Bay, Brillion, Seymour, Chilton, Kiel, Sherwood

We’re excited to share a brand new opportunity – the Multi-Location Opener! If you’re someone who loves early mornings, is open to traveling between store locations in your district, and can arrive by 4:00 a.m. to get things rolling, this could be the perfect next step for you. In this role, you’ll take the lead in opening our Ultimart Convenience stores across different locations. You’ll travel where you’re needed each day to make sure our stores are up and running smoothly and ready for guests first thing in the morning.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
• Paid travel time from your home to your first store and back home at the end of your shift, at the same hourly rate
• Mileage reimbursement while using your own vehicle
• Company vehicle provided after a period of time
• Steady schedule of around 35 hours per week
