Responsibilities

• Report to designated locations on time and prepared for each scheduled assignment.
• Provide reliable coverage for open shifts, call-offs, vacations, temporary vacancies, and special staffing requests.
• Complete routine foot patrols, area checks, and other assigned security activities.
• Review and understand applicable post orders before beginning work at an unfamiliar location.
• Transition between different assignments while maintaining company standards and professional conduct.
• Conduct scheduled patrols of designated interior and exterior areas when required.
• Observe surroundings for unusual activity, property damage, safety hazards, or other conditions requiring attention.
• Identify and promptly communicate suspicious or potentially unsafe conditions.
• Request supervisor or additional assistance when a situation exceeds assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and document required patrols or security checks.
• Prepare clear incident reports when unusual or significant events occur.
• Submit required documentation within established deadlines.
• Provide accurate shift information during handoffs or changes in assignment.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with employees, clients, visitors, tenants, and members of the public.
• Respond to routine questions or requests for assistance within the scope of the assignment.
• Recognize when an issue should be referred to a supervisor or another authorized contact.
• Represent Citadel Security USA professionally at every assigned location.
• Adapt to different schedules, locations, post orders, and assignment requirements.
• Work effectively with limited supervision when assigned independently.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive ready to begin each scheduled shift.
• Handle unexpected changes in staffing or scheduling professionally.
