The Sherwin-Williams Company is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Specialist to support multiple stores within a 20 mile radius of Store #2930, located at 2421 US Highway 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602. This role emphasizes helping customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and ensure a great shopping experience while meeting store sales goals. The job entails lifting up to 70 lbs and may require evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies
• Maintain store displays and stock shelves
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed
• Stay informed on product features to recommend right solutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet sales goals
