Job summary

CR Fitness is seeking an Area Maintenance Technician to ensure gym equipment and facilities are safe and fully functional across the Roswell and Johns Creek clubs. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, quick repairs, and respond to facility needs to deliver a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, inspections, safety hazard mitigation, and documenting issues in the CMMS. Travel between locations and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical skills with hands-on experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a personal set of tools.
• Willing to travel between locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in maintenance or repair.
• Willing to be trained on fitness equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gym and exercise equipment.
• Perform facility inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and address safety hazards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Document maintenance issues in the CMMS.
• Complete repairs and follow up on work orders.
• Travel between club locations within the market.
• Maintain professional interactions with members and staff.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be proactive, dependable, and willing to go above and beyond.
