Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within DFW Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including espresso machines.
• Perform general facility maintenance such as plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime.
