BrightPath Kids is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee up to 15 locations. You will perform light construction, repairs, and equipment maintenance across multiple sites.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in facilities work, with strong communication and scheduling skills. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities.
• Budget-minded and customer service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to 15 locations including general repairs and maintenance.
• Perform light construction and trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring.
• Troubleshoot and repair small appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.).
• Maintain exterior spaces and manage vendors, including playgrounds.
• Use work orders system for internal requests.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and monitor performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations and compliance initiatives.
• Support centers during audits, regulatory visits, and fleet compliance.
