• Oversee retail operations at Alta Climbing, Alta Boulders, and Alta Scottsdale.
• Develop and maintain consistent retail standards across all locations.
• Establish and maintain retail policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Visit locations regularly to evaluate inventory, merchandising, and sales.
