Job summary

Palm Beach Tan, a leader in the tanning industry, is seeking passionate, team‑oriented individuals to join our brand. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with a competitive commission and bonus structure, plus health and vision insurance, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

You will meet sales goals daily, consult with customers on tanning products and services, educate on safe practices, maintain a clean salon, handle opening/closing duties, and complete daily administrative tasks and trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Assist customers and guide first-time users in tanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
