Job summary

Davis Griffin - State Farm Agent is seeking a customer-focused team member to help clients protect what matters most. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and present available product information across multiple lines while supporting daily office operations.

You will build relationships with customers, participate in local marketing efforts, and maintain accurate records to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
