Job summary

Clint Osborn - State Farm Agent is seeking a team member in Blue Springs, MO to support customer interactions and help grow community relationships while delivering across product lines in a fast-paced office setting.

You will assist with daily operations, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up, while engaging in local marketing activities and maintaining accurate records to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to be an entrepreneur while building a career centered on helping people. I'm a graduate of UCM, a proud husband and father of three, and enjoy golfing, working out, and staying involved with my church.
