Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Austin is seeking a driven Multi-line Powersports Technician (A-Level) to join our growing team. This role offers flexible pay structure and includes relocation assistance, paid factory training, and mentorship from master techs.

You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, following OEM procedures with provided tools. A strong mechanical background and tool ownership are essential, with opportunities to level up.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program or real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred but not required.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as skill allows.
• Work with the team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility.
• Keep customers riding safely by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us).

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)

Who We're Looking For:

We're hiring A Level Techs if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises, including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas, while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
