Daniel Lauger State Farm is seeking a Multiline Representative to serve the Milton, GA community. The role centers on understanding client needs, presenting product options, and building lasting relationships across multiple lines of insurance.

You will engage daily with customers, support office operations, and participate in local marketing efforts while pursuing growth and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a base + commissions & bonus role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, sales, or insurance is advantageous.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Provide needs based to 5-8 prospective customers daily.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
