Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging, educational, and fun classes across multiple formats in a safe, welcoming environment.

You will foster positive relationships with members, support attendance goals, and promote Life Time programs, products, and services. This role offers opportunities to instruct a variety of formats including LIFT, SHRED, MAXOUT, CARDIO, BOXING/KICKBOXING, and YOGA.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach a variety of group fitness formats.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum of one NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA certification.
• Excellent communication with class participants.
• Ability to demonstrate proper form and modify moves.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with class participants.
• Educate participants on correct form and alternative moves.
• Engage with members before and after classes.
• Keep studio space clean and organized after each class.
• Provide current music and ensure appropriate language.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
