Stevens Capital Partners is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve high-net-worth families in a comprehensive, white-glove wealth management role in Omaha. You will lead client relationships, craft personalized financial plans, and coordinate with investment teams to align strategies with goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or private client services.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or UHNW clients.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management, financial planning, estate planning, and tax considerations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead advisor and relationship manager for a select group of HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Develop deep understanding of client goals, family dynamics, and legacy objectives.
  • Deliver concierge-level service, anticipate needs and respond promptly.
  • Coordinate regular client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive financial plans including investment, retirement, estate, tax, and risk planning.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to align portfolios with client objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Monitor portfolios and adjust recommendations based on market conditions and life events.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and insurance specialists for integrated advice and execution.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering comprehensive wealth management and family office services. This role is responsible for building deep, trusted relationships and providing a highly personalized, "white-glove" client experience across all aspects of a client’s financial life.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in financial planning with exceptional interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the lead advisor and relationship manager for a select group of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and families
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s financial goals, family dynamics, and long-term legacy objectives
  • Deliver a concierge-level service experience, anticipating client needs and responding promptly and thoughtfully
  • Coordinate and lead regular client meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Design and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal investment teams to align portfolios with client objectives and risk tolerance
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life events

Family Office Services

  • Coordinate with external professionals (attorneys, CPAs, insurance specialists) to ensure integrated advice and execution
  • Assist with multi-generational wealth planning, including education, governance, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Support complex client needs such as concentrated stock positions, liquidity events, philanthropic planning, and trust structures

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand service offerings
  • Generate referrals and contribute to new client acquisition through exceptional service and professional networks
  • Participate in client events and firm initiatives to enhance brand presence in the high-net-worth community

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain detailed client records and financial plans within CRM and planning systems
  • Partner with operations and service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or private client services
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
  • Strong knowledge of investment management, financial planning, estate planning, and tax considerations
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism and discretion

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a family office or multi-family office environment
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance, or related field)
  • Additional specialization designations, such as CFA, CPWA, RICP or CEPA
  • Extensive existing network within the high-net-worth community
