Job summary

RHM Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join Noble General Contractors’ in-house team. The role is full-time, on-site, supporting multiple multi-family properties with installation, maintenance, and repairs of ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid HVAC certification, plus 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential, multi-family, or commercial settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid HVAC certification.
• 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience in multi-family or commercial environments.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficient in diagnosing electrical and mechanical HVAC faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems and components per codes and specs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests for heating and cooling.
• Maintain service records and inventory related to HVAC.
