Josko LLC is seeking an Electrical Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multi-family and residential properties. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and compliance with codes.

The role requires a Journeyman electrician license and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven service experience in electrical work, multi-family residential.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Commitment to safety standards and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential properties.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers for coordinated electrical work.
