IES Residential in Houston seeks a Multi-Family Electrical Supervisor to support operational excellence and quality. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors, maintain records, and assist leadership in daily operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills, plus 4–6 years in related supervision, are required. Candidates should be able to pass screenings, work on-site, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Multi-Family Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supporting operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the successful execution of company objectives while collaborating effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Spanish speaking preferred.
Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience related to field electric supervisor responsibilities preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
