Job summary

kprsinc is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our field operations on a multi-family project. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and help deliver high-quality work through careful planning and execution.

You’ll work with the Project Manager and Superintendent, schedule trades, support safety and compliance, and help resolve constructability issues while keeping the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-family construction or related field.
• Proficiency with listed project management tools and software.
• Ability to read plans and write technical documentation.
• Strong planning, coordination, and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist, plan, and sequence projects.
• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and trades
• Coordinate construction activities through the project schedule.
• Participate in safety orientations, weekly meetings, toolbox talks, preinstallation meetings, RFI and submittal process.
• Supervise storm water management, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with ownership and design teams to resolve constructability issues.
