Qualifications

• Age 18+ and 6+ months of experience in store operations.
• Knowledge of store systems and equipment (Symbol, ACR, label machine).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to adapt to multiple departments and work autonomously.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent and completion of safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, take orders, and assist with product selection.
• Perform stocking, rotation, merchandising, and inventory tasks across departments.
• Support across packaging, sanitation, and production duties as needed.
• Keep displays maintained, assist with announcements, and help with department SOPs.
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts in various departments.
