Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Multi Craft Technician to support our pipeline and terminals operations in Wisconsin. You will specify, install, test, and repair equipment used in refined products pipelines and maintain instrumentation and rotating machinery.

The ideal candidate holds a 2-year technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation, has 5+ years' experience with industrial equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial/electronic equipment including motors, valves, pumps, meters and transmitters.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and read electrical drawings/P&ID.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be physically able and willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Make sound economic decisions, drive incident prevention and ensure reliable pipeline/terminal operations.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers, accepting feedback.
• Work independently or as part of a team to support maintenance and operations.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers.
• Follow safety rules and promote a strong safety culture.
• Be available for on‑call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
