Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, conveyors, belts, chains, and other components.
• Install and align machinery using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Install conduit, wiring, electrical controls, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and switches.
• Use multimeters and electrical testing equipment for diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnosing equipment failures and performing root cause analysis.
• Replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, conveyors, belts, chains, and other mechanical components.
• Install and align machinery using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Install conduit, wiring, electrical controls, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and switches.
• Use multimeters, megohm meters, amp meters, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot VFDs, motor starters, control circuits, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Diagnose control system faults using HMI interfaces.
