Job summary

Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. The role requires two-year college or technical school and 5+ years in mechanical/electrical maintenance.

You will work to ensure high equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operation in a fast-paced environment, with night shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school with 5+ years in mechanical/electrical roles.
• Experience with Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose complex problems.
• Safety-oriented, able to multitask and work independently or in teams.
• Willing to work night shift with some weekends/holidays.

Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing is seeking a skilledMulti-Craft Maintenance Technicianto support and maintain advanced production and automation equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring high equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operation of all plant systems.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications – Two-year college or technical school - minimum 5 yrs experience in the following.

• PLC experience : Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley.
• Electrical knowledge : AC/DC systems, servo drives, VFDs, electrical motors, and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical proficiency : Mechanical transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power controls.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and read schematics.
• Experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred).
• Must be safety‑oriented, able to multitask, and effective working independently or in teams.

Requirements

Education and experience requirements are as follows:

• Two-year college or technical school; and/or five (5) or more years of mechanical/electrical experience; and demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishiand Allen Bradley
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Proficient in both electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance is a MUST.

Also, you must bewilling to work a night shift schedule that includes some weekends and holidays in amanufacturing environment that may not be climate-controlled.
