Qualifications

• Extensive experience in heavy manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and working with controls and PLCs.
• Mechanical maintenance proficiency, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters.
• Knowledge of rigging and basic AutoCAD skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrated team orientation, excellent attendance, and availability for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain complex equipment including robotics, PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Support preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Perform root-cause analysis to determine failures and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure maximum production uptime and safe operating practices.
