Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a leading electronics materials provider, seeks a Multi-Craft Maintenance Employee for our Altoona-area facility. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, perform preventive maintenance, weld and fabricate parts as needed, and support safe, reliable production operations.

You’ll work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with industrial equipment, machine controls, and 480V/3-phase electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues on production equipment.
• Performing mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Welding and fabricating parts to support equipment repairs.
• Repairing and maintaining facility systems and equipment.
• Completing general maintenance tasks throughout the plant.
• Identifying and correcting equipment problems before downtime.
• Working with operations to keep production running smoothly.
• Following safety procedures during maintenance work.
