Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians for our West Jefferson location. The role supports highly automated equipment including Tetra Pak, with a focus on preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food manufacturing/GMP or liquid bottling experience is highly desired.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot highly automated equipment (Tetra Pak) to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cappers, seamers, fillers, homogenizers, etc.
• Monitor equipment efficiency and reliability; repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and quality policies; participate in safety meetings and trainings.
