Job summary

PDM US is seeking skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.

The ideal candidate will have broad industrial maintenance experience and at least 3 years in the field, a high school diploma or GED, and hands-on ability with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
• Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Support emergency repairs as needed to maintain production operations.
