Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking a dependable Caregiver to provide personal care across multiple clients in Longmont, Colorado. This full-time role covers up to three client visits per day with flexible hours and in-home support.

You will manage a varied daily schedule, deliver compassionate care, and maintain detailed notes for each client visit while driving between client locations in Longmont.

Qualifications

• Reliable ability to provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Strong time-management for multi-client visits.
• Excellent communication with clients and family members.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care across up to three clients per day.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and tidying living spaces.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Run errands for clients (grocery, prescriptions, appointments).
• Transport clients using own vehicle as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, mood, or well-being.
