Western States Fire Protection Company is seeking a self-motivated Multi-Licensed Fire System Inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and documenting fire sprinkler systems, backflow preventers, fire alarms, special hazards, extinguishers, and kitchen hood systems.

The ideal candidate has multiple licenses/certifications and can identify deficiencies with detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Multiple fire protection licenses and/or certifications preferred.
• Experience inspecting multiple fire protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
• Ability to complete accurate and detailed inspection reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate with minimal supervision while performing fire protection inspections.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and services of life safety product lines.
• Communicate with Managers/Schedule Coordinator about delays and status.
• Coordinate close-out and turnover of jobs to clients for billing.
