Job summary

Acuren is seeking Multi-cert NDT Technicians (RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT) to support our Milwaukee, WI operations. The majority of work is in a lab setting with minimal call out. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include setting up NDT equipment, conducting tests, and reporting results. Certifications in RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT and a strong technical NDT background are required. Benefits include health, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Certified Level II in RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT (any combination) preferred.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring safety regulation adherence.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections.
• May instruct and supervise others.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements
