Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technicians for embedded roles in Hawesville, KY.

Relocation and sign-on bonus are available for qualified applicants. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating NDT equipment, performing inspections per applicable specifications, interpreting radiographs or other readouts, reporting results, and assisting in training or supervising others as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Some college preferred
• Certified Level II RT, MT, PT, UTT, VT, PMI (CR & DR a plus)
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Experience interpreting inspection results and report writing

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring safety
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters and indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
