Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior basic custodial/building superintendent work is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Ability to perform manual work including heavy lifting and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Library building.
• Handle light bulb replacements and snow removal.
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage cleaning supplies inventory.
• Travel between branches as necessary.
